Ingotech are well versed, with considerable experience, in upgrading and improving ingot casting machines of other manufacture. We have done modifications ranging from merely fitting our roller hammer knockout or fitting plumber block bearings to head-shafts, to complete re-builds with precision manufactured conveyor chain and steel sprockets, SG iron bolt-on moulds and precision manufactured gearboxes to drive side pouring mechanisms.

Although we do not keep used machinery in stock, we do keep track of what equipment is available, and are often able to use our numerous contacts in the industry to source suitable machines, carrying out any modification work as necessary.

Our star-wheel and tray pouring systems can be easily adapted to fit any straight-line casting conveyor.
